If you are an emergency planning representative or political official for your community, please complete this form to let us know you would be interested in partnering with our research team to integrate your community into the CHERP mobile app.
A member of our team will reach out to you as quickly as possible to follow-up and set up an initial meeting. Partnering communities will be required to provide key data and documents before being accepted as project partners.
